The Spanish Non Lucrative Visa allows non-EU citizens, including UK nationals, to live in Spain without carrying out employment in Spain. It is ideal for retirees, people living from investments, rental income, savings or pensions, and anyone wanting to enjoy life in Spain while meeting the financial requirements set by the Spanish authorities.
The Non Lucrative Visa grants applicants’ residency for 1 year, they can then renew this for up to 4 years providing that they continue to meet the requirements. After 5 years of continuous residency, non-lucrative visa holders can then make their residency in Spain permanent.

Yes. Medical certificates generally require an official Spanish translation before submission and also the Apostille Stamp.
